Downtown and about: Doug Pottratz, of Spokane Valley, and Lady, his blue heeler-husky mix, stroll near the Spokane River as a dense fog rolls up and over Browne’s Addition at the corner of Coeur d’Alene Street and Third Avenue in Spokane on Tuesday morning. The pair were walking along the bluff after Pottratz concluded his banking in downtown Spokane.
